Hi, Joe Falco came to my home that I had just purchased to repair the bricks on my chimney. I was told by another company that I needed to tear down the first 3 rows of bricks and have it rebuilt which would have cost me approximately $4500. Joe came over and inspected my chimney and told me that there was no need to tear down and that he could repair it and make it look perfect! And Joe did just that and for approximately $1500. less!!!👍🤗. Joe also cut out some overgrown thorny bushes that were covering and crawling all over my gas meter, and cut off an old realtors lockbox that was rusted and supposedly left on by a realtor from 10 yrs ago. - Our church bid out a job with several masons. Not only did Mr. Falco give the lowest bid, he provided the most comprehensive explanation of the work he would preform to rebuild a retaining wall that framed the stairs into our basement. He explained how he could address a water issue where a slow leak was causing problems in the basement. He brought in a lot of extra materials to work behind the retaining wall for improved drainage, graded the slope away from the building and finished the job before the deadline. - These 64-year-old steps had crumbling concrete and loose flagstones. They were a hazard and an eyesore. I can't believe that Joe was able to bring them back for us! - Joe did an excellent job from scoping out the project, to guiding us in what bricks to select. We had a particular pattern in mind, and he was able to accommodate our schedule and needs. Working with Joe, with his advice and guidance it looked even better than we imagined. We'd wanted to add the granite side blocks, and the way it was set up was to add extra partition to our front gardens. A factor we hadn't even thought about. Joe worked with us to select our preferred bricks, Bedford bricks, picked a shade of brick dust that matched the house. He did a great job on the base, and then laid out the brick in a ‘pleasing to the eye’ pattern. Joe was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. - Joe is the very best! When we noticed that our garage door would not completely close (not flush with the ground), we knew that we needed to call a mason to take a closer look. When we came across Joe Falco Jr Masonry, we gave them a call. The woman who I spoke with over the phone was very kind and professional. She took down our information and promised a call back from Joe shortly. Within the hour, Joe gave me a call. As I was explaining the issue to him, it was clear that Joe immediately understood my concern. We scheduled a day and time for Joe to come out to take a closer look. Joe arrived promptly to take a look further at our garage floor. He was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. Ultimately, Joe explained that the best way to solve the issue long term would be to put in a new garage floor. The cost that he quoted was very reasonable. Since it would have to wait until the weather was warmer (spring/summer), he did some work as a short-term fix to the floor so that the garage door would close correctly to the ground through the winter months. When spring came, I gave Joe a call, and he immediately remembered me and the garage floor. He came by again to take another look, explained the process, and answered all my questions. It was within the next week that Joe scheduled everything - removal of the old garage floor, prep for the new floor, and repouring of new floor. Throughout the entire process, Joe was honest, professional, and responsive. He was always willing to explain each step thoroughly and answer any questions. Joe and his team were very committed to not only just completing the job, but completing it with the highest quality. When Joe was finished, it was clear that the work he had done was exceptional. The garage door closed and was completely flush to the ground. We are very happy with our new garage floor! We would highly recommend hiring Joe for any mason work that you need.
